Its more then likely you aren’t getting enough Vitamin D3 – well unless you live near a beach and wear shorts all day.

Reflex Natural Whey
Excellent protein powder without artificial sweeteners. My personal favorite and what I’ve used for 2 years.

Phillips goLite
Meant to be a remedy for SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder). I don’t know much about that I’m afraid – but I use this light with the D3 above to signal to my brain its morning (using it first thing) making me feel more awake. Using it has helped me get to sleep faster in the evenings as a result.

Antioxidant for vitality and weight loss. Great for binge/cheat days 20 mins before meals!

Feeling Awesome

Yerba Mate Tea
Delicious tea with fat burning capabilities and stable caffeine release.

Extra Virgin Organic Coconut Oil
Excellent to take prebed to help waking up and feeling sharp. 1 tea spoon before bed should do the trick. Can be used for cooking and can help with some skin problems when applied locally. A bit of an all rounder!

Milk Thistle Extract
One of the best ‘antidotes’ for alcohol binges! Can help (certainly has helped me) with hangovers…
